Inside Out Film Festival The queer film festival concludes this weekend, with screenings of the docs Vito and Jobriath A.D., both on Saturday at the TIFF Bell Lightbox.

Chernobyl Diaries Brad Parker’s horror pic about a bunch of 20-somethings who get more than they bargained for in a supposedly deserted town outside of Chernobyl features a terrific production design and lots of bonafide scares. Doors Open Toronto These self-guided architectural tours of more than 150 buildings across the city help deepen respect for the city’s heritage, a good thing since developers daily are erasing our history. From the East Toronto Masonic Temple on Chisolm, to Scadding Cabin on Yukon Pl, to the gorgeous Spadina Museum on Spadina, check out T.O.’s incredibly diverse structures.
