Bryant case becomes more blurry

The video the entire city has been waiting to see is apparently here.

You knew it was coming – further video footage of the now-infamous Monday night encounter between former attorney general Michael Bryant and the late cyclist Darcy Allan Sheppard.

The blurry footage is hard to make out, but it is presented as Bryant’s black Saab convertible driving into a cyclist.

Have a look.

Unfortunately the events remain as hazy as the PR war.

And the Bryant-Sheppard haze of truths just got murkier with the appearance of two duelling Twitter accounts. According to @bryantfacts, an “account is maintained by Michael Bryant’s team.” It explains that the “purpose of this account is to quickly correct inaccuracies as they appear with factual responses.”

And on the other side is @bryanttruths, an “account . . . maintained by Al Sheppard’s team. The purpose of this account is to quickly correct inaccuracies as they appear with the truth.”[rssbreak]
