Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Josh (J-to-the-O-sh, if this were a rap song) and I’m the new online editor at NOW Magazine.
In other words, I’ll be the guy who does a lot of the writing, picture-taking, linking (and also hyper-linking – my personal favourite!) and general what-have-yous on the site from now on.
It’s possible this could be a re-introduction for some Toronto web-readers, as I come from another local site, which I founded and edited not too long ago. I could also be familiar from my many print pieces, which have appeared in a bunch of publications I’m not going to list here but that can be found if you so desire. It’s also possible that you’ve seen me around the city, doing a variety of activities from concert-going to shopping for the latest disc-box at Soundscapes, Rotate This, or other outrageously hip music stores. Yet another possibility is that you’ve witnessed me eating at the Red Lobster at Bay and Dundas.*
The point is, I’ve been around, and now I’m around here - doing exciting things at nowtoronto.com.
*That was a trick. I’ve never been to the Red Lobster at Bay and Dundas.
