It’s been a rough road. A decade after the city promised to complete the bike lane network by 2012, cyclists are still bringing up the rear – and eating curb, for that matter – on our roads. We don’t want to let the air out of the tires just yet, but the city’s going to have to saddle up and start tradin’ some serious paint if we’re going to meet our goal.
