Who says spelling counts? Obviously not the City of Toronto’s Department of Public Works who have had the tailgate of their flagship truck plastered with the quizzical words “BY LAW ENFORCEMENT”. Hyphen, anyone? And here we were thinking they were looking into by-law infractions.
