Sex (Work) In the City

Are you a sex worker in the GTA?

The Migrant Sex Work Project wants to hear from you. This Thursday (August 20), the advocacy group is hosting a discussion about what the city can do to make things better for sex workers. Ideas could range from improving services for people in the business or changing laws to any idea you have that would improve the lives of those in the industry.

The Migrant Sex Work Project is led by people with experience in the sex industry who want to improve industry conditions.

In addition to this public outreach session, the group will be meeting with people one-on-one and in the workplace to collect feedback. Thursday’s session will be conducted in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Thursday, August 20 from 7:30 – 9 pm, at 298A Gerrard St. East, 2nd floor. If you would prefer to talk privately or would like Project representatives to visit your workplace, please contact migrantsexworkers@gmail.com or at 647-478-9488 (in English).
