After the Spice Girls (I still love you Sporty!) announced their astoundingly profitable reunion plans a ways back, you knew it was only a matter of time before…well, other bands that you probably couldn’t give two shits about started gettin’ back together for the mu$ic. First off and straight outta 1993, Swedish muscle shirt masters Ace of Base have begun touring again in Europe, so it probably won’t be long before we all see the sign (get it?!) again.
Likewise while we’re on the topic of ‘stuff that doesn’t really matter at all,’ it seems that internet rumours are actually indicating that the Danish bubblegum pop group Aqua are also gonna jump on the wagon now that all their former troubles are far, far behind them. What this all means in terms of doing anything other than causing most people to relive embarrassing memories is yet to be seen, however, with any luck these reunions, and any others (please please please!!!) will no doubt make rainbows and chocolate cupcake clouds and solve global warming and make a puppy the emperor of the universe.
