Thick-Skinned – Review

Thick-Skinned

Play by: Laura Ross

Presented by: Risking Insanity Theatre

Rating: NN

Venue 1: ST. VLADIMIR’S THEATRE

Well-intended but missing the mark, Thick Skinned feels like an after-school special – complete with earnest monologues and an occasional modern dance move. Tackling a rare degenerative disorder called Scleroderma, the show is stiff with the awkward writing of an informational brochure, save for some decent filler dialogue.
