The Toronto Light Festival in the Distillery District totally glows: in photos

The people that brought the popular Christmas Market to the Distillery District for the past few years have now installed the Toronto Light Festival in the same neighbourhood, on now until March 12. The timing couldn’t be better: there were reports this week that in January alone, Toronto received less than 50 hours of sunlight
