Toronto Comic Arts Festival As the popularity of comics and graphic novels continues to surge and artists tackle very tough issues, TCAF just keeps getting bigger. This year’s edition features the best creators both local and from around the world, including Japan’s Rokudenashiko, Marguerite Abouet from the Ivory Coast, Belgium’s Brecht Evens, Montreal’s Michel Rabagliati and home-growns Kate Beaton and Chester Brown.
