Don't sleep with the fishes. The Godfathers Of Comedy show is coming to Yuk Yuk's Downtown tonight through Sunday (June 2 to 5). And who better to headline the all-Italian bill than a cast member from The Sopranos? Frank Santorelli plays Georgie, strip club Bada-Bing's resident bartender, bouncer and announcer. Let's see how the Beantown-born comedy vet does as he adds stand-up to his resumé. He's joined by Canada's Freddy Prioa and Eddy Della Siepe. See Comedy listings, this page, for details.
You're part of the Godfathers Of Comedy show. Favourite scene from the Godfather films? When Don Corleone slaps the character who's supposed to be Frank Sinatra and says, "Act like a man!" It's supposed to be deadly serious but it's actually very funny.
You work at the Bada-Bing. What does "bada bing" really mean? It's a stripper thing. In the old days, the drummer at a strip club would time his beats with the stripper's hip movements.
Tony Soprano has pushed you around a lot. If you got into the ring with James Gandolfini, who would win? I'd win because I used to box. Plus, I'm bigger than he is - by a lot.
Do comics make good lovers? Yeah, because if anything goes wrong we can be funny.
Most anticipated summer movie: War Of The Worlds, Batman Returns or Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo? War Of The Worlds.
If you were a gigolo, how much would you charge? $1,000 an hour. I'm really good at oral sex.
Why should people sit in the first row for your set? They're safe there - I don't pick on anyone.
Why shouldn't they? I eat before my shows. They may get hit with a projectile.
Who is Paul Martin? I have no idea. Doesn't he work in the pit crew for Jeff Gordon, the NASCAR driver?
