It's clearly Miller time. Raucous stand-up Miller Crosby grasps the mike on the tube -- in her Comedy Now special -- and onstage as part of Pirate Video Cabaret's third-anniversary lineup. Her Comedy Now, significant because she's the only female comic given a full show (albeit a half-hour segment), airs Saturday (November 24) on CTV, and it's rebroadcast Sunday (November 25) on the Comedy Network. Also on Sunday, Crosby shares the PVC stage with Winston Spear, Dave Martin, Kristeen von Hagen and other comic lights at Clinton's. For details, see listings, this page.
If we play your Comedy Now special backwards, what will we hear?
The secret process of how you turn 44 minutes of material into a 22-minute set.
What's really inside the Nintendo GameCube?
Last book that made you cry?
The Paper Bag Princess. Ironically, that was the last book I read cover to cover.
If you made a porn film, what would the title be?
Who'd rent it?
If you could score a lifetime supply of one Body Shop product, what would it be?
Anything that'll make me less irritable. Does the Body Shop carry Paxil? Tylenol 3?
What comic would you like to make out with?
Steve Martin, wearing the white suit with bunny ears and the arrow through the head, while listening to Roy Clark's Duelling Banjos. It's a well-developed fantasy.
