Fringe festival wrap-up

The same problems – SARS and the economy – hit the little guys as well as the big ones in T.O.’s entertainment world. Organizers hoped this year’s Fringe Festival would draw record crowds, but numbers were down from last year. Another reason? Several days of bad weather toward the end of the fest.
