Fab Lab Cab

Audiences have been entertained all year long by the pwyc monthly Lab Cab cabarets at Factory Theatre. What you might not know is that the money collected at the box office by producers Olive Me Theatre and Mak Truck is awarded to an artist for professional development at the season’s end. Any artist can apply for the grant – about $500 – with a one-page proposal citing how the money’s to be spent. Send proposals by June 6 to Lab Cab Grant, c/o Factory Theatre, 125 Bathurst, Toronto M5V 2R2. The winner will be announced at the season’s final Lab Cab, June 13.
