Fife plays on
Fife House again collaborates with Toronto theatre and dance groups in Performers For Life , an annual fundraiser for the charitable organization, which works to secure affordable housing and support services for those living with HIV/AIDS. Various companies collected donations following performances during September and October, and more groups - Necessary Angel , Danny Grossman Dance Company , Crow's Theatre , Toronto Dance Theatre , Nightwood and Opera Atelier , among others - asked their patrons to contribute in the months to come.
Highlighting the season's Fife House events is a campaign party, Spotlight! (November 18), involving performers, arts patrons and Fife House supporters. There'll be a theatre raffle, a silent auction, entertainment and nibblies. For more info on Spotlight!, call 416-205-9888 ext 41 or visit www.fifehouse.org.
