Top Chef Time Savers: Chef Massimo Capra

In today's episode, Kim D’Eon gets Massimo’s personal trick to store his greens at home

No one wants limp leafy greens. That’s why we asked chef Massimo Capra how he keeps things fresh in the kitchen. 

Being a busy restaurant owner (Mistura, Sopra Supper Lounge and the Rainbow Room to name a few), and a celebrity TV chef (Restaurant Makeover, Chopped Canada, Top Chef Canada), Capra needs to keep things quick and easy in his own kitchen at home. 

His advice? Prep your produce as soon as you bring it home so that it’s ready to go when you’re ready to cook.
