formerly deny’s, kathy’s corner has moved across the street to new digs. While affable owners Kathy and Gus Nikopoulos still make a first-rate whole rotisserie chicken ($8.75), their weekday special — Thursday’s lamb moussaka and Monday’s ground-beef lasagna ($4.35 with rice, roasted potatoes or salad) — draw new converts. Even me. I hate lima beans, but Kathy’s spectacular Tuesday-only side of buttery lima beans (see Secret Ingredient, this page), slow-baked in tomato sauce, olive oil and dill ($2.50 for a large takeout container), have made me a lima lover.
