country style only offers sour lungs ($9.35) on Thursdays, but Prague Deli (638 Queen West, at Tecumseth, 416-504-5787) has veal lungs in cream sauce ($3.60) every day in the freezer case. Not for the squeamish. If you didn’t know what you were eating, you’d think this was a hearty pork stew silkened with sour cream and tanged with vinegar.
