Chicago expat and current Toronto resident DJ Sneak checks in with a fun and funky house mix on San Francisco-based Om Records. It’s a good, cheerful, sunny-day mix, with a nice balance between the more jackin’ boompity-boomp tracks and the funky chopped-up disco loop excursions. The mixing itself is as tight as you’d expect a studio mix to be, but nothing special. Far from groundbreaking, but a satisfying listen for anyone into this side of Chicago house.
