On the heels of Toronto Fashion Week and Fashion Cares, Fashion Takes Action‘s second annual Green Gala at the Fermenting Cellar in the Distillery District (55 Mill) on Saturday (November 8) offers up another catwalk fix. Eco looks by 10 designers including Evan Biddell, Thien Le and Damzels in this Dress (pictured) highlight how far earth-friendly fashion has come. The event follows the Sustainable Style Show (10 am to 5 pm), where green fashion and beauty vendors sell their stuff. Green Gala general admission is $75 and daytime show tickets are $10 at fashiontakesaction.com.
