Fran’s Restaurant is celebrating their 75th anniversary by offering customers the same menu and pricing from when they opened in 1940. On May 8 from 11 am – 3 pm at the Yonge and Front location, patrons will be transported back to the good ol’ days and treated to diner classics.
Legend has it the banquet burger with bacon and cheese was named by founder Francis “Fran” Deck, and will be offered for 25 cents during the celebration.
