This evening marks the last night of the Royal Ontario Museum’s Friday Night Live events, where the museum is opened “after hours” so you can mingle amongst dinosaur skeletons with some music and a smart cocktail. To mark the occasion, we caught up with the house bartender, who showed us how to mix a few different drinks. So get out there tonight. Last call is 11 pm, meaning there’s plenty of time for you to slam some drinks in time for the after-hours party at the AGO, then the after-after party at some wealthy patron of the arts’ suburban mansion, where everyone will polish off magnums of champagne and then draw straws to see who gets hunted for sport.
