So it makes sense that one evil developer is going after him in a $3M suit based on a (failed) attempt to stop a marina/resort from further damaging Lake Simcoe. The legal fees are ruining the guy’s life he compares the experience to trying to stop a Mack truck with his forehead. Environmentalists are worried the dirty SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) will set a dangerous precedent.
