ROOKIE YEAR Learned to sing by being in children’s choirs. Brent Robitaille taught him how to play guitar. They started playing covers in high school, and eventually LaLonde made up a song and got the ball rolling. Then they moved to Toronto and became popular in a few countries. He thinks it’s all pretty funny.
