The Windsor Arms is a safe bet this year’s brunch and afternoon tea menus feature a lemon elderflower cake inspired by the one set to be served at Harry and Meghan’s wedding. The $85 per person ($55 for kids) brunch includes entrées like tempura haddock with lemon caper aioli, a chilled seafood bar and bottomless mimosas, while the $65 afternoon tea includes champagne, plus British-style scones and sandwiches.
