Negroni Sbagliato

A liquid homage to fortunate mishaps, legend has it that the Sbagliato – meaning “wrong” in Italian – was born when a bartender accidentally skipped gin while mixing a Negroni, dousing Campari and sweet vermouth with bubbles instead. If only all fuck-ups tasted this great.

Make it at home

1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet vermouth

1 oz Prosecco or dry sparkling wine

Pour ingredients in order listed and stir gently. Garnish with an orange wheel.
