Created by the classy supper club’s original pastry chef, Joanne Yolles (now at Panagea), this legendary coconut cream pie is as sky-high as the vaunted resto’s panoramic view of the downtown skyline. On the menu since Scaramouche opened 25 years ago, its collision of creamy custard, buttery brittle pastry and shaved white chocolate topping squiggled with syrup will stay on the card till the revered resto closes for good next winter to make way for a condo conversion.
