You know how some CDs won’t play in computers? This disc is so partied up, it sounds like it won’t work anywhere but on a 9-million-watt club system. Within five minutes of playing it in my bedroom, drunk strangers were showing up and paying cover to dance to it, and I’m like, “Guys, it’s 1:30 in the afternoon.” They just can’t resist the Miami-based Cuban rapper’s Uzi-paced flows, chants, jitter-worthy beats bursting with Latin melodies and Rolodex-ful of friends in crunk places (Ying Yang Twins, Elephant Man, Lil Jon, Nina Sky, Mr. Vegas and Kardinal Offishall) who up the dancey ante on his M.I.A.M.I. remix disc. Comes with a DVD of Naomi Klein’s thoughts on stem cell research. No, just kidding – it’s got Pitbull music videos.
