Terroni’s undisputed reign as Toronto’s foremost flinger of pies ended when Silver Spoon chef Rocco Agostino and owner Max Rimaldi (pictured) opened this insanely busy trat earlier this summer. Built on super-thin blistered crusts, his Neapolitan-style ‘za comes traditionally topped à la Margherita with minimal sauce ‘n’ cheese or loaded with house-made fennel-flecked sausage and lotsa mozza drizzled in honey. Now, if only Libretto took reservations and take-out orders over the phone so you didn’t have to stand in line with everyone else clamouring for a table.
