What does style mean to you? It is creativity, it is expression, it is costume, it is the outward manifestation of one’s inner self and like Bill Cunningham said in his documentary, “[It] is the armour to survive the reality of everyday life.”

Define your personal style. I don’t think I’ve yet discovered my “personal style”. I’m still in the experimental stage. Right now I’m having a lot of fun playing with volume, textures, colours and styles, which is really fun and exciting as well as excruciatingly frustrating depending on the day and the event.

I feel naked without: Accessories! Go figure. I admire the personal style of the inimitable fashion grandmaven Iris Apfel.
