For all the hype TV on the Radio have been getting lately, there’s precious little in the way of musical or lyrical excitement to be found amidst the dull thudding on their dead-boring debut full-length. If they’d come from, say, Mississauga instead of the Williamsburg hipster enclave, and released this disc themselves, it’s doubtful they’d be getting any attention at all.
