CLOTHING: “I bought my pirate-style blouse at my favourite cheap store in New York, Necessary Clothing, for $35 U.S. My rings were gifts to my grandmother from my grandfather. My belt was custom made in a store in the Fulton Mall area of Brooklyn and cost $30 U.S., and my fluorescent pink fishnet stockings were $4 U.S. at Beacon’s Closet in Williamsburg. My earring is from a set I found at Chateauworks (336 Queen West, 416-971-9314, and others) for $7, and the black shoes were $125 at Town Shoes (131 Bloor West, 416-928-5062, and others). My deep red skirt has really been around the block. I bought it four years ago at Urban Behaviour (Eaton Centre, 220 Yonge, 416-597-8882, and others) for $50. I made the zombie zebra heads for my Deadlines Part II art show, which just closed.”

HAIR: “I hack away at the poor mess myself.”

MY STYLE: “Classy and chaotic.”
