Intentions can be specific or completely open. \n■ 11:20 – 12:00pm Guided Hypnotic Journey \nEsné will guide the group through a hypnotic journey designed to help you access expanded states of consciousness\, cosmic insight\, and soul remembrance. \n■ 12:00- 12:30pm Closing & Integration \nFollowing the journey\, there will be the opportunity for journaling\, reflection\, and optional group sharing.
