Roller Skate Lessons at The Bentway

Experienced local instructors will teach you how to find your balance and proper striding, how to turn and stop with control, protective falling strategies to stay safe, and fundamental edge work to improve stability. Conscious Connected Breathwork Session

With many Halloween attractions and scares coming soon, check out SOMA’s breathwork session to help regulate before this scary season. In this class, learn how to use your own breath to reconnect with your body and emotions. At the end, you may join a sharing circle and speak about your experience. Witchcraft and Wine

Enjoy an evening sipping on wine while discovering witchcraft. Bring your own wine to this event as you discover one core technique: protection, energywork, divination or charm-making.

Cake Painting Workshop
