If you’re “here for a good time, not a long time,” then check out one of these Iceman release parties in the city.

Toronto-born singer and rapper Drake is releasing his new album, Iceman,on Friday, May 15.

The Grammy-winning artist has been dropping hints about his album release through an explosion in Downsview Park, sightings in the CN Tower and through a giant ice block with the release date hidden inside.

The Libertine

  • Location: 1307 Dundas St W.

Drake put the city on the map. So celebrate Toronto’s own rapper at The Libertine’s listening party, hosted by Vampires Prom. The event starts on May 15 at 7 p.m., and get ready to dance “Nonstop” to Drake’s new Iceman album, and enjoy 13 special guest performances afterwards by the Vampires Prom community. Fox on John

  • Location: 106 John Street, Unit 3

Bring your jacket because you’re going to get chills from Drake’s new album, Iceman. At 10 p.m. on May 15, visit Fox on John for a night on Drake anthems. Enjoy half-price margaritas, $10 doubles or the general vibes up until the 4 a.m. last call. Get your free ticket on Eventbrite.

Students, Fiction Club is hosting an Iceman listening party for Gen Z Drake fans. At 10 p.m. on Friday, get ready to hear all of Iceman, Drake hits and other club anthems. You must be 18 to enter, and 19 to drink. Arrive in a clubbing outfit (no sweats or tracks) and enjoy the party for free before 11 p.m. Get your free ticket (or if you’re anticipating a late arrival, a paid ticket up to $20) on Eventbrite.

Playa by Tulum

  • Location: 291 King St W., Second floor

Playa by Tulum isn’t hosting just any Iceman album release party; they’re adding a reggaeton twist. At 10:30 p.m. on May 15, listen to your favourite Drake songs all night long, with the last call at 4 a.m. Attendance is free on the guestlist before 11:30 p.m. Reserve your spot on Eventbrite.

Myst Toronto

  • Location: 423 College St

Can’t choose if you prefer Bad Bunny or Drake? Don’t worry, you don’t have to. Myst Toronto is hosting a Drake vs. Bad Bunny, aka Hip Hop vs. Reggaeton, night at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. The Citrus Espresso Bar

Are you looking to gather with other Drake fans for the album release, but don’t want to attend an overwhelming event? The Citrus Espresso Bar is an intimate venue set to host 30 people for the album release listening party. The night will start with listening to the Iceman album and will end with other Drake songs. AXP House
