Escape the Game Show: Swiftie edition

  • Location: 1615 Dupont St, Toronto

Trivia Escape Rooms is bringing back their Swiftie game show experience in an escape room with a game show theme. Answer Jeopardy questions with clues rooted in Swift’s lyrics, albums and eras. The price starts at $28 per player or $24 per player if you come with a larger group (minimum two, maximum of eight.)

Salsa Fridays

Come dance it on at Lula Lounge this Friday with Salsotika, DJ Suave and Yordan & Maya! Early bird dancing tickets cost $15, regular tickets $20 and line-by-pass tickets $30. Taxes and fees may apply on Eventbrite. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Zara Island: Drag Bingo

  • Location: 590 King St. W.

Greta is entering its 2016 era, combining Zara Larson with drag bingo inspired by Love Island. Sucka Queen and Guy Anabella will be hosting the event. Be sure to wear your most summer realness or Zara Larson-core outfit to possibly win a prize. Greta is bringing Eurosummer music vibes to comfort you through this Canadian winter. Darth Vader Meets The Godfather: Orchestra Toronto

  • Location: 5040 Yonge St., North York

Two iconic movies put into one soundtrack,presented by Orchestra Toronto. This Saturday, see Darth Vader Meets The Godfather and witness how orchestral soundtracks have shaped modern cinema. There’s a pre-concert chat at 6:45 p.m., with the show starting  at 7:30 p.m at the Meridian Arts Centre in the George Weston Recital Hall. Tickets start at $15 and range up to $55.

Paint & Eat Chocolate

  • Location: 25 Liberty St.

Sweeten art in an edible way. Quest XO is hosting a Chocolate Painting Snackable Art workshop where participants can decorate a 5×5 chocolate canvas with edible paint. The ticket includes tea, sparkling water or a seasonal beverage. The event starts from $26, depending on the type of chocolate chosen.

Pilates in the Museum

MOCA Museum is partnering with Mosaic Yoga to offer Pilates in the museum. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle to participate. The event costs $25, or $15 for MOCA members, and doors open at 8:45 a.m.
