Is there a contract for your internet service?

No. We offer a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts an you are billed for the first month of service upfront.

Do you perform a credit check before installing

No, we simply require a $50 security deposit for the modem and router. Once you’ve placed your order and we’ve processed your payment due at sign-up, we will coordinate your installation date and prepare to send your equipment.

How long does it take to activate my Internet service?

It takes 5 business days from the day the order is placed to install our Internet service. The best way to secure the earliest installation date is to submit your inquiry now. We have weekday morning, afternoon and evening appointments available — plus Saturday morning and afternoon.

Is your Internet service is available in my area?

Our Internet service is available in most parts of Ontario and Quebec, including the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, Kitchener/Waterloo, Barrie, St. Catharines/Niagara Falls, Guelph, Brantford and many more.

Do you provide 24/7 technical support?

Yes, we have on call staff to help all our business and residential customers. If you’re facing issues with your service and you tried basic troubleshooting, please contact us and we will be available to resolve your issue. 

Is a modem included with your internet service?

Yes, we recommend that you use our pre-configured modem. This device is guaranteed to work on our network and will allow our tech team remote access to troubleshoot your connection if needed.

If you prefer to use your own modem, it is your responsibility to ensure the modem is not locked with another provider and you have administrator access. Please be aware that you will be required to log into the modem with administrator access and make configuration changes.

Is there a shipping charge for my modem?

No, we pay for the shipping at no cost to you. 

Is Diallog unlimited internet truly unlimited?

When we say unlimited, we mean exactly that! This means there are no usage caps for the amount of data you are allowed to download each month. You can stream, download and play as much as you need. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your service with one month advance notice.
