In honour of Children’s Mental Health Week and in collaboration with our current Play with Purpose partner, George Hull Centre, we will be hosting our first ever Talk & Play session, this Friday, May 8th from 3-5 PM.
A practical, play-based session for parents and caregivers on how everyday interactions can support children’s emotional development and sense of belonging—led by a clinical expert(s) in early childhood mental health. Topics will include:

Play isn’t just fun—it’s how young children build the foundation for lifelong mental health.
- Understanding Big Feelings in Little Kids
