Her newest album, The Truth We Hold, takes listeners on a journey across the homelands, uncovering moments that have shaped Métis history—from landmark court battles to hidden injustices—while celebrating the strength, joy, and interconnectedness of the Métis people.
Beyond the stage, Rheaume is a tireless advocate and community builder, co-founding Ishkode Records and the International Indigenous Music Summit, and playing a key role in the Indigenous Music Office. Her commitment to raising Indigenous sovereignty in the music industry drives all her work, ensuring that Indigenous artists and stories are heard on their own terms.
