Balfolk Toronto invites you to dance the night away with live folk music and a welcoming community to celebrate the turning of the seasons through folk dancing.
Expect great music, friendly faces, and loads of super fun folk dancing. Dress in your dancing finest! Beginners and first timers are always welcome and encouraged to come!
Tangi Ropars & Friends will bring the legendary accordion party to the dance floor, Muffin Hat Music weaves a delicious mixture of medieval hits from 13th century Spain and traditional French folk melodies on arcane instruments, and Elise Boeur & Emilyn Stam play wintery tunes from hilly and northern landscapes on hypnotic twin fiddles. As ever, special musical surprises are in the plans!
