Aburi Sushi at Waterworks Food Hall is continuing its monthly Tuesday hot pot dining series with a one-night-only Bluefin Tuna Shabu Shabu experience on December 16, led by Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki. This special 10-course event invites guests to enjoy premium seafood and warm Japanese flavours during the festive season. The dinner takes place at Waterworks Food Hall with limited seating at 6 pm and 8 pm, and tickets are priced at $125 (plus taxes & gratuity).
