Building is the Easy Part: Go-To-Market in the AI Age

November 24 @ 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Building a product has never been easier. Winning customers has never been harder. Join the Toronto Product Management Association for an evening of talks and networking on how go-to-market has changed in the AI age.

Ismene Tsaconakos, a B2B go-to-market leader and consultant, explains why most launches fail from a lack of stakeholder engagement rather than a lack of planning. Madeleine Lee, Director of Product and Customer Experience at OtO, shares how positioning shifts at every stage of a company, from first marketing hire to acquisition. Andrew Williams, CEO of TPMA and Founder of Heyday, closes with distribution and channels: the part that decides whether anyone uses what you built.

What to expect: networking from 5:30 PM, talks and Q&A from 6:00 to 7:15 PM, then more networking until 8:00 PM. Your ticket includes a drink and light snacks. You can also join online via Zoom.

Tickets are $15 ($11.50 for Community-Builder members). TPMA membership is free to join and required to attend. For accessibility questions, email info@tpma.ca.
