This elegant dining experience captures the spirit of the holidays through refined craftsmanship, luxurious ingredients, and the harmony of Japanese fine dining. Each course can be enhanced with an optional Premium Wine and Sake Pairing curated by Beverage Manager Angela Allan. The Holiday Kaiseki is priced at $110 (plus taxes & gratuity), with the pairing available for $45 (plus taxes & gratuity), and is offered during dinner service only.
