Let’s end summer with a great party on Toronto Island! There will be cold drinks, great food and incredible views on the best patio in the city.
The stage will feature an amazing afternoon of Celtic music and dance. The festivities will once again be hosted by local media personality Hugo Straney.
Partners
This event is hosted by the St. Patrick’s Parade Society of Toronto. It is supported by LIUNA Local 183, the Government of Scotland, Rivoli and the St. Andrew’s Society of Toronto.
The mid-September timing aligns with two important milestones on the Celtic Canadian calendar. On the Irish side, it begins the six month countdown to the 2026 St. Patrick’s Parade. The timing also recognizes the anniversary of the first mass immigration of Scots to what is now Canada. The Landing of the Ship Hector took place on September 15, 1773 in Pictou, Nova Scotia.
Location
The Toronto Island BBQ & Beer Company is located beside the main ferry dock on Centre Island. The venue is fully licensed with a great menu including vegetarian options. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
