Welcome to Chocolate Ballers, a hands-on truffle making experience where you’ll learn the art of ganache making—and leave with enough chocolate to become very popular with whoever you decide to share with.
You’ll start by making a simple chocolate ganache from scratch before moving on to the fun part: rolling, dipping, decorating, and boxing up 24 gourmet chocolate truffles.
And we’re not talking your standard chocolate-on-chocolate situation.
You’ll work with four unique flavours:

🍓 Strawberry Matcha
🌽 Sweet Corn
🍪 Oreo Cheesecake
We’ll have the gourmet ganaches prepared and ready to go because waiting around for four batches of ganache to set is not a personality trait. Your job? Roll, dip, decorate, and transform them into a beautiful box of truffles that look almost too good to eat. Almost.
