On Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., DANI , a charity dedicated to empowering neurodivergent adults, will celebrate the grand opening of its first brick-and-mortar gift store, honouring the senior volunteers whose idea made it possible.
Twelve years ago, a group of friends, and now longtime senior volunteers, conceived the idea of a DANI Gift store, where all profits would be directed toward DANI’s educational, vocational, and social initiatives. After more than a decade of solely delivering seasonal holiday gifts, an online store was launched last year with a full range of gifts. Building on the resounding success of the online store, DANI is proud to announce its first retail location.
