Discovery Saturdays at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario

Drop in to learn about Parliament in a fun and engaging way as you uncover new experiences each week with our themed programs. Ideal for kids and adults alike!

Tour highlights:

• Outdoor and indoor interactives games, activities, and crafts

Themes:

• July 4, 25, & August 15: Game on at the Legislature – Get moving with interactive sport activities, explore sport’s related exhibits, and create a craft.
• July 11, August 1 & 22 : Symbols, Stories & Everyday Life – From Parliament to your community, discover how traditions, symbols, and government shape life in Ontario today.
• July 18, August 8 & 29: Queen’s Park: Then and Now – Discover how shifting landscapes and histories have shaped the site and its surroundings through a spot-it activity, and create your own version of the Legislature.

All programs are guided by a member of our staff. Walking throughout the building on your own is not permitted.

Visitors 16 years of age and older must present a piece of government issued photo ID to enter the building. All visitors must pass through an airport-style security screening to enter the Legislative Building.
