Fine F*cking Dining was created in 2023 by Chef Rachel Chartrand (The Hamptons) and Chef Nico Litscher (Spirit of York).
This edition brings together six chefs from both kitchens, each taking on one course of a six-course tasting menu. A thoughtfully paced dinner experience featuring bold, playful flavours, with optional curated cocktails and wine to elevate each dish. Fine dining without the white tablecloths or pretension.

For an additional add-on, you can can purchase the curated cocktail tasting menu which has been designed by bartenders from both restaurants. Beverages can also be ordered à la carte. Limited seats.
