How to respond when the world unravels

Nov 17, 2025 @ 06:30 pm - Dec 15, 2025 @ 08:30 pm
Apocalyptic scene with a lone figure facing a fiery cosmic explosion in dark, rugged terrain.

We are living through a tumultuous age—multiple crises like climate, inequality, governance breakdown, mental health, polarization, AI risks, plastic pollution, biodiversity loss and more are occuring simultaneously. Each of these present an existential threat to human civilization as we know it. It can be overwhelming to tackle even one of these problems, let alone all of them together.

How do we make sense of such complex challenges? How do we figure out what is the right course of action? Are there ways of acting which can help us reduce the overwhelm and make headway despite the uncertainty? This course will help you answer these questions by introducing you to the Metacrisis/polycrisis thesis and providing helpful frames for tackling the problems. Expect to walk away from this course feeling both hopeful and empowered to take on our biggest challenges.
