We are delighted to present a solo exhibition of acclaimed Iranian painter Elika Ghajar (b. 1971, Tehran), whose distinctive style merges expressive abstraction with subtle figurative undertones.
Educated in painting at Azad University of Tehran, Elika has been active in the art scene since the mid-1990s, with her work showcased in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including three appearances at the prestigious Tehran Auction. Her canvases—predominantly in oil—explore trees and branches in various stages of bloom, rendered in both natural and unexpected colors. These elements invite us to reconsider our connection to the organic world.
This exhibition marks her latest body of work, created with an intimate focus on nature’s resilience and fragility. Visitors will encounter paintings that are at once lyrical, bold, and deeply contemplative.
